Extremely disappointed in the pizza. It's almost offending that they consider them self "gourmet" pizza. I am a pizza lover and I love to try out new places, but this place was a complete waste of money. $21 for a pizza worse than DiGiorno pizza with elementary pepperoni prices. I will never come back, and I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Came up here to watch a baseball game we couldn't watch at home. The hostess was helpful in seating us near a TV and turning the channel as we requested. I must say our server, Mayra, was fantastic. I know it must be somewhat annoying to have a table that just sits for 2-3 hours to watch a game. She was polite in checking in with us and never tried to hurry us along. I was trying to decide on a beer and she brought out two very good samples after listening to what I enjoy. Boston's loses 1 star because I feel the food is a little pricer than what I'd expect to pay. We order 1 appetizer, 1 soup, 2 dinner salads, 1 order of fries and 1 beer. Total was $55. Not terrible, but I hate paying $15 for a salad when I could get an entree (with a cup of soup or fries) for about the same. In short, great service, good place to watch game. We will probably be back!

The boyfriend wanted to watch the Packers game and have dinner at the same time and we orginally went to Red Robin but it was packed and extremely loud! He wasn't that thrilled to move to another location but when we got there the environment was perfect, it wasn't too loud but it wasn't too quiet. The game was on the big screens but the sound wasn't on. Thankfully, our waiter James made it happen for him. The food was quite alright but the service was great and made up for it! Well definitely be back on another game night :)

Great food. I highly recommend the bacon wrapped steak skewers. It's my second favorite food wrapped in my first favorite food. Great service, good selection of drinks. Hard to find another place that serves old chubs but they have it. I recommend giving them a visit.

Overall the food is average, but I do like their BBQ chicken pizza.

Went in last night with a couple of friends. Bar service was fast when we first arrived but we moved out to the regular dining area because we had a good amount of people the couldn't fit in the booth. From there our server came out pretty quick and took our orders. I ordered the sliders on the happy hour menu since it looked like a pretty good deal. We waited for our food for around 45 minutes. When I finally got my food, it was of lukewarm temperature which disappointed me a little. When we finished eating it took about another 20 minutes for our checks to come out and when our waiter brought them out, the happy hour prices weren't acknowledged so we waited about 15 more minutes for the revised checks. I've eaten here before and it I felt like the quality and service was a lot better. Maybe due to the fact that we came in closer to closing time and later in evening was the reason. In my opinion people should be served the same way whether it's 9 o'clock in the morning or 9 PM. Plus 9 PM isn't even that late....That's when happy hour started!

The spicy chicken alfredo was rad, and the team platter sampler thing was good but a bit too greasy. The waitress seemed a little ticked off that I didnt give a bigger tip, her smile disappeared. Im sorry :)

Looks like a fun and delicious place from the outside. The staff is friendly but the food & atmosphere is not something I want to go back for. The food is that of a TGI Friday's or lower quality actually. We ate in the bar- fruit flies all over and in your face; poor music & playing way to loud. Overall I had an expectation and it wasn't met. If you go knowing what your getting into could be an appetizing meal for some.

Really like this place. The pizza is great. Like to sit in the bar and watch football. :) The cocktail I ordered wasn't all that great, thus the four stars.

Waited for almost 15 minutes, then had to ask the hostess for a server to come to our table. She seemed unbothered by the fact we he had to wait, so we ate at Blazing Onion, which is only a 2 minute walk away.

Came here last night with some gfs because we were looking for some place that was open late and we found Boston's! From 9-close 7 days a week they have an awesome happy hour! I decided to try the House Margarita because it's only $3.99! And it comes in a huge glass! There are over 5 flavors (strawberry, lime, raspberry, peach, mango..) and you have the option of getting it blended as well! I decided to try the strawberry, while my friends got a raspberry and a mango margarita. I'm not a huge fan of alcohol, so I thought mine had a little too much. I tried the other 2 flavors and I liked the mango one the best....it had the least amount of alcohol in it I think :D Pros: - cheap happy hour menu - huge space with a ton of booths to sit in - good for groups of 6+ Cons: - our waiter was a little awkward...but we got a laughs because of him Why I gave it a 4... I think there are a ton of options on their happy hour menu with PLENTY of drink options as well! I got a great price for the House Margarita and I love how I could get it blended there! So Yummy! Wish I discovered this place sooner as a hh spot!

YUCK! We went for a soccer dinner after a game. Service was not that good. Considering how big our party was 25 people and (2) servers should of had one more since we had a reservation and they knew the size. ~Crappy wine options. I sent back first glass because it was vinegar. ~Good beer options ~Huge menu ~Girls (age 14) hated the meatballs said it did not taste like meat. C'mon who likes mystery meat? Overall their food was "just OK". ~Chopped salad was too sweet and tasted NOTHING like a chopped salad. ~Our margarita flatbread was just OK.

I love Boston's whether it is to watch a game in the bar or just to get food and a drink with a friend. Lisa is an amazing server! She is very sweet and attentative.

Womp womp. The food was bland and mediocre. I got the steak flatbread.....and the flavor was just that - flat. The steak tasted old, and the blue cheese sauce didn't taste like blue cheese. Some scallions or chopped tomato would have done wonders. I got a side salad that was a basic bowl of iceburg and packaged croutons. The other people at the table were fine with their food, but no one raved about the food. For what the food is, I think it is a bit overpriced. The restaurant was loud and I couldn't talk to the people at my table. I guess Boston's is more of a bar. We were a medium sized party, and the staff tried their best to accomodate us at a comfortable table. This is a popular area, so you may want to make a reservation or call ahead. Also, come early to find a parking spot!

The jalapeno onion straw burger is pretty amazing, but we come for the fried pickles. Best ever. Service is ok, nothing great, but not complaining. Food is delivered in a timely manner.

Great food, a nice patio table and our server Wesley was wonderful. Its not everywhere you can bring 3 young children and leave with a positive experience. We will be back!

We stopped by on a Sunday afternoon, hoping to find a place to watch the Broncos game. Since it was on the same time as a Seahawks game, we weren't too hopeful on finding the game, let alone a place to sit. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at Boston's...not only was there plenty of seating, the TV's are marked with which games will be showing so you can seat yourself accordingly. The bartender was our waitress, and she was excellent. Kept our beers full and service was reasonably quick even when they got busy. We tried the chips and queso for an appetizer (delish) and the ultimate pepperoni pizza for our meal (even more delish). The bill was far less than what I had braced myself for so that's always a good surprise at the end of a day. They do giveaways and have fun drink specials on game days, overall, a great atmosphere!

I would give it less that 1 star for over all poor service and food.

Great for you local sports bar. Customer service is always really great! The waitstaff is always charming and prompt! Always great sports on the TV. Good pub/bar food! Fun atmosphere. Raffle and drawings for Seahawks tickets and such during football season. Best sports bar in Mill Creek ;)

Today was my first and most definitely my last time at this place. After a long day of golf, my boyfriend and I just wanted to sit down and have a tasty meal. Fortunately we were in time for happy hour (7 days a week) so we didn't waste TOO much money. We were a bit indecisive so we started by sharing the artichoke dip & bacon wrapped steak bites. The steak dish was OK. The cheese, or whatever it was, type dip it came with was a bit bland and chalky tasting. The artichoke dip was awful. I could feel my face bloating as I ate it. Paired with bread covered in something that tasted like garlic or onion salt, It was just WAY too salty and completely spoiled both of our appetites. The bar was a cool place if you're wanting to watch a game, but don't count on getting a good meal with a lot of flavor to it :-/

Came in with friends and didn't even know happy hour was coming up. Our very helpful and funny waiter Wes informed us happy hour was only 10 mins away. Drinks came out fast and nachos perfect bite everytime! Wes informed us nacho chips are made in house. Overall great experience! Wes was very funny and attentive!

Suzy and I stopped by for some 'za and a nice beer. Very clean, nice sports motif, and quick service. Rainee was our waitress and she was hawt, polite, and helpful. The beer came very quickly. The lunch was so good and the prices very nice. We'll be back.

I cannot go anywhere with my husband without him being dissatisfied. He is a food critic through and through. He enjoys and can cook incredible food and will eat anything less than ideal. I took him here knowing he probably wouldn't like it, or would consider it sub-par, boy was I wrong. He fell in love with the food! Definitely going to be coming back! We had the bacon wrapped steak skewers, Sante-Fe Salad, Jambulaya Fettucini (I think that's what it was called) & our son had cheese pizza. Every single item was incredible, even the cheese pizza was made from scratch. The beer was good to (great selection!).

We went to Boston's Sunday night for a post softball game dinner with the team. There were 8 of us, but when we walked in 2-3 hosts/servers were right there ready to help us find a comfortable table. Wesley was the best server I have had at any restaurant in a long time. He was very personable and made great recommendations. We never had to ask for anything and as soon as our water glasses got low he was right there with more. Even though we were a large party on 4 separate checks he was still able to handle our table with ease. Overall the food was good however there was one pasta dish that tasted like it was out of a can. I highly recommend the warm Boston Cream Pie! It might just be the best dessert I have ever had.

That actually became the family's favorite switching from Olive Garden. We like the appetizers, especially the Chicken Nachos, and my favorite dish is the Chicken Broccoli Pasta bowl. It's great every time I order it. The deserts are also awesome and sometimes we just go for as desert treat! During all my visits ( over 10) in the past year, Only once we had a small issue, but I guess these things happen everywhere. Highly recommend it, especially at slow times when service becomes really great.

I've frequented Boston's on a number of occasions, usually as a once-a-month stop with the guys to watch a Mariner's Game and shoot the breeze over a few appetizers and drinks. Stick to this formula and it's a nice place--go outside it and you may be disappointed. Food & Drink: Boston's has a deep menu--think Cheesecake Factory. The star of the menu is the personal pizzas. For about $8.00 you can pick up a personal sized pizza tailored to your liking. The topping choices are broad--so you'll be able to make your pizza of choice. In terms of crust type you can't choose between regular, deep dish, or thin, but you can choose between regular crust, whole wheat, or gluten-free. There's a lot of depth to the pizza options here. Appetizers are not bad here, and during happy hour you get a lot of value. The garlic twist bread isn't bad (suggest pizza sauce with it, not marinara--have to special request it), boneless chicken wings are passable (not many sauce options though), and the nachos are different (good) in that the chips are more airy (not standard tortilla chips). The salads are not bad, the greek salad on top the flat bread can be particularly nice. The sandwiches are probably a bit below average--the cuts of meat just aren't good enough for the price point. The pasta varies widely: The macroni and cheese is good (not surprising, it's more of a bar food) whereas some of the more traditional Italian pastas are lacking. Bostons does a good job keeping a rotating tap of both local and seasonal beers. This is one of the main reasons it's a chief hang out of my guy friends. I especially like the fact that Boston's is not IPA heavy (where at lot of places are). Scuttlebutt 10 Below is a great seasonal if you can find it. Ambiance & Service: The central location in Mill Creek towncenter is great. You're close to the University Bookstore, Devine Wines, LA Fitness, Central Market, and a Starbucks--really it's ideal. The restaurant is good sized, although the bar can get a little busy/cramped, especially on game nights or even on Tuesday nights (which is apparently "trivia night"). The patio seating, especially when combined with the heat lamps, make Boston's a nice spot to sit and people watch and enjoy the sun. You'll get a nice breeze, and will be will tended to (patio gets equal service as indoors). Inside you have the advantages of tall ceilings, lots of light and if you're in the bar, ton's of widescreen TVs at nearly every angle you could want. Service here is above average. They'll check in frequently, know the menu, have a stable staff (not a lot of turnover), and are staffed properly in busy times. No complaints--only positive comments. Final Thoughts: The bar can be jammed on big days (Husky or Seahawk games) but you can usually shoot a cannon through the restaurant without hurting anyone. This defines Boston's really--good option for bar food and drinks, not nearly as good as a restaurant. -AC

YUMMY pizza. I got the Sicilian I think with mushrooms instead of ham though. My husband got the blue cheese steak flat bread which he though was good, but he loved his pizza best (which he's gotten before). He got the chicken pineapple ranch pizza. It's pretty pricey for the pizza though :/ otherwise, we'd come way more often.

Worst meal I've had in a long time. I had a Caesar with steak and the steak tasted like expired meat and microwaved. It was rubbery and dry. It was really gross. Husband ordered a burger and said the meat tasted like crap. We ordered the Mac and cheese for our 2 year old. She wouldn't eat more than a bite so I tasted it. It was made with velveta. Gross!! Also ordered a side of broccoli and it was dry as the desert, obviously microwaved and had not one seasoning on it. I really can't say anything good about this place.

Our server was a cute girl named Nikki! She was incredibly attentive and very pleasant. Her smile was quite infectious! If you come in expecting AMAZING food, then turn around. If you come in with an open mind, this place will be just fine. :) The bacon wrapped steaks were delicious! Our pizza had a bit too much cheese on it, but the crust made up for it. I think this is a good place to eat after walking around the shopping area ... or meeting up with an old friend who happens to have a wild 2 year old with her ;) Very friendly staff and very kid-friendly. After reading the reviews here, I thought I would hate it ... but you know what? I didn't hate it :)

My husband loves pizza and he loves Boston's so we come here a lot. I love it too. My favorite are the garlic twists especially on happy hour because its so cheap and tasty. James is our favorite bar tender there, he's super nice and cool. Their pizzas are awesome, they also have a great appetizer menu as well as a variety of salads. In the summers its so nice to sit out in the patio. It is a very good place and I recommend it to anyone.

Love the atmosphere in the bar for sports events, great happy hour menu and best if all the beer selection. Awesome sampling from the best local microbrews, Jeffrey (bar manager) really knows how to stock a tap. Great, fun people!

The MC location is fun, great outdoor seating and a nice big bar...which I LOVE because it's kind of separate from the restaurant so I can get roudy and start a food fight guilt free! Service is always been good and the happy hour drinks and apps offer all sorts of options - nachos, cheesey goodness fried stuff, pizzas..yeah. Black Butte Porter is one of my faves and I tend to go with that option when avail.

We only had a drink and dessert, so I'll still say I love their pizza. We got a strawberry mango margarita (the sever said she suggested it to be blended instead of on the rocks, but it should've been blended anyway) and a plain margarita. They were tasty. And great price during happy hour! When we walked in, there was a FourSquare sticker on the front door. It said to check in and unlock specials! So of course I got my phone and checked in. The offer was a free Petite Treat, one of the mini desserts. So I told the server (and showed on my phone) and she had no clue what I was talking about, and said she would get her manager to come by. 20 minutes later he did. He grabbed my phone from me (which is not ok) and started scrolling through. So I grabbed it back and showed him the "deal". He also had no clue what it was and said he guessed he'd give it to me, and it was news to him. The employees must not walk through the front door. I informed him it was brought to my attention that way, and I just felt more accused for something than getting some cool offer. I almost didn't even want it at that point. But the BEST part of the night is when the server brought 2 regular sized desserts and said she was paying for them (aka Boston's, not out of her pocket). Then she decided to tell us how crappy her day was, which included some swearing. A part of me felt bad, because I know not every day is flowers and unicorns in a restaurant. But to tell your table about it?!?! So the 2 stars really only goes for the yummy margarita and the good company. Not ANYTHING to do with the service or employment. But I'll go back for pizza soon.

Came here with my boyfriend and best friend. I have been here several times and really liked their green beans... That all changed after my last visit there. We ordered 3 appetizers and we were pretty hungry so started digging in right away. The drinks aren't the best but they do. One of the dishes was their rolled bread twists. My boyfriend, for some reason, decided to unroll one and eat it.... when he unrolled it there was a HUGE BLACK CURLY HAIR!!!! No joke! It was so GROSS! We called over the waitress and showed her and she says "OH! yeah! I know who THAT is!" and went on to tell us about their cook in the back! Who has that exact hair! She had recognized HIS HAIR in OUR FOOD! This made me so sick. I have seen some gross things in my life, but seeing that curly hair in our food and her response was too much. After she pulled the dish away the bartender came over and apologized and comped a couple things and told her when we came back he would give us some drinks on the house... we haven't been back. We won't be back. Never get mad at anyone for playing with their food, he almost ate that hair!!

I perviously rated Bostons with a 2 star review, but removed it after the manager had responded to me and apologized for the minor complaint I had made. I thought that was very professional, and after coming back again I think that this place is 5 star material. The servers are great and take time explaining sizes and other things with you, and of course the food is really good. I would easily say this place is better than the rock pizza.

Watched some college football & munched on wings & pizza in the bar area. Great food. Great service. Friendly staff. We will be back for sure!

Boston's is your average American-food restaurant. There's a restaurant to your right and a bar to your left. I think I've been here enough to have my "favorites" established. There's something for everyone in the family and it's a good place to sit down and converse over dinner. Being the indecisive person that I am, my favorite appetizer would have to be the Boston's Team Platter. Complete with a little bit of pizza, breaded wings, cheese sticks, and potato skins there's something for everyone to enjoy taking a bite of before dinner arrives! I've also been partial to their nachos. The nachos are pretty much just a huge storm of everything you could possibly wish for in an ultimate nacho stack. Extra cheesy goodness complete with sour cream, guac, olives, jalapenos, and tomatos. If you're into getting messy, this is your ideal appetizer! My favorite salad is the Santa Fe salad. It's alright, but what I really enjoy about this particular salad are the crispy tortilla wedges. I love snacking on those alone. Their pizzas are usually pretty good and a decent size for the price. I've always enjoyed the Tuscan pizza. Chicken, spinach, tomato, and garlic with three kinds of cheese! You really can't go wrong with those choices. The pastas are pretty good. My favorite would have to be the jambalaya. There's a good mix of shrimp, chicken, and sausage. The sauce has a little bit of spice that can be enjoyed throughout your meal. The Italian trio may have to be the best entree on the menu. There's a little bit of lasagna, some fettucine, and some chicken parmesan. I've ordered the salmon before, which has come out dry and chewy (yuck). As for sandwiches and burgers... The Boston burger and Bacon Burger are definitely classics and good for either dinner or lunch. They're not the best burgers ever, but they're not bad either. Finally, after your stomach is full and you've finished your meal the waiter/waitress will ask you "Do you have room for dessert tonight?". If you do, I would recommend the Apple Crisp. It's always hot when it comes out with a fresh scoop of vanilla ice cream on top, and granny smith apples on bottom. Yum! But, if you have a chocolate craving, go for Boston's Hot Brandy Cream Pie. Hot melty chocolatey goodness, that just seems to fill your mouth with sweet chocolate. Overall the food is OK. Not amazing, but not horrible. There's lots of variety to choose from for the entire family, and a treasure box for kids to pick out a toy before or after the meal. It's also good for sports team get togethers or just for hanging out.

Have only been here once and that was to watch sports and drink beer in the bar. Got a spot right at the bar with a perfect view of the flat screen TV. Bartender was still nice and sociable for how busy she was. Poured my beers when I needed them... What more could you ask for. Beers were reasonably priced. Enjoy!

Just your run of the mill family restaurant meets bar setting. Sort of like a Red Robin but not nearly as good and more focused on the pizza than burgers. We ordered some wings that were alright and a large pizza, I think Tuscan and Florentine. The flavors were good, but nothing to write home about. I don't think this would be my first choice for pizza nearby and I didn't care for the atmosphere either. Perhaps a good spot for HH? I don't know.

  • Jeff H.

Treat it as a bar with food, cause it's the only way to go. For restaurants, the food is 2 stars at best. By bar standards, 3 stars. The Thai Bites during happy hour are good, and pair well with a cocktail. Bartender was really nice, and had no complaints about pulling items off the top shelf for me. Avoid playing pool as the table is totally crooked. Happy hour is a good value, and not a bad way to spend a few hours in Mill Creek.

I think they changed the HH menu a bit?? We came here on a weeknight at like 10:30pm because La Palmera closed their kitchen, boo! We got the boneless chicken wings, flat bread and cactus chips. They were good, nothing to complain about. The bartender was super friendly and checked on us just enough. Its like Applebee's to me, and I've boycotted Applebee's... so Boston it is! Or at least until they give me a reason to boycot them as well. :) We didn't have any drinks. I noticed a pool table in the back that is $0.75/game. Good stuff.

Came here to celebrate a friend's birthday and had a blast! We were seated right away (even without a reservation) and drinks were quickly brought out (go for the strawberry mojito!) We ordered...possibly 5-6 small pizzas just so that we could try a little of everything. Tuscan (some people didn't like the feta cheese on top), Tropical Chicken (my favorite), Double Meat & Peppers (yum!)...and I forgot the rest...but each small pizza was cut up into 8 slices. Oh!! And you HAVE to try the nachos! It's smaller in size compared to other places but EACH tortilla is topped with the perfect amount of toppings (cheese, olive, black beans, tomatoes, jalapeno peppers, and taco beef). They also have flat iron steak as an option if you want to splurge.

I havent had BBQ Ribs this good since Tony Romas. Seriously i love ribs and they do a great job. They were cooked perfectly, and not too much BBQ sauce. Their new thing is Buffalo French Fries. Loved them! And they have Manny's on tap, get the large mug.

This review is strictly for the pizza; we did a carry out order. Hubby and I ordered a medium ultimate pepperoni pizza, and I loved it! It had regular pepperoni but also it had the little pieces of square diced pepperoni too. I am a personal fan of those little pepperonis.... The cheese was good, the sauce was good and I liked the crust too! Issue with them: They are REALLY expensive. Our medium pizza was $18.60. Normally when we spend that kind of dough (hah!) on pizza we have left overs. This pizza was gone in minutes. Looking forward to trying their happy hour.

My wife and I tried out Boston's for the first time last night. The Huskies happened to be playing Baylor that night, so the atmosphere was lively with plenty of Husky fans. We had the spicy garlic wings as our appetizer. They had just the right amount of flavor; the garlic wasn't too overpowering and they weren't too spicy. We decided to share a plate of their Jambalaya Fettucini, which was an excellent choice. For just under $16, we got a big plate of al dente pasta with lots of tender shrimp, chicken, and sausage. Compared to Claim jumper's Jambalaya pasta, I thought this was tastier and came with a lot more meat. Overall, our experience at Boston's was good. The service was attentive, friendly, and thoughtful. The only reason I gave it three stars was because their menu items didn't offer anything unique. Although I would certainly go back again for the Jambalaya pasta, there has to be more cravable items on the menu to keep me coming back again.

There food (nachos espicially) are a little more on the spendy side, but they are some of the best nachos I have ever had. I love that they pile toppings on each chip and present them on a plate that way, verses just a heap of mess that most places serve. The staff is friendly and personable. I like the fact the staff appears to be very close to each other and are fun people. Its a great place to eat out, enjoy a break and some good food. Its not a good place though if you are time pressed, otherwise or short on cash.

I love a lot of places in the Mill Creek Town Center so it has taken me forever to check this place out. I have been tempted to attend their trivia in the past, but what finally got me in was a search for late night pizza on a friday night. I was amazed to learn they were open til 1. It was a ghost town pulling into the town center so late at night I was certain this place would be dead, but I was glad to see that not only did it have a seperate bar area, but it also had quite a few people in it. Our server was pretty great, very friendly. We had called ahead to verify the hours were correct and that we would be able to order food. We even lucked out with happy hour being everyday from 9 to close. I tried a banana margarita for 3.99$ which I must admit tasted a bit too limey. Boyfriend was impressed with his happy hour wings and flat bread, although it still ended up being an expensive trip out. I had some make your own pasta which was curly noodles and pomodora sauce for nearly 11$. It was tasty, but a little pricey. There are many tvs in the bar as well as a pull table. It appeared some people were having quite a bit of fun at this bar which I found to be quite entertaining. Decent beer selection, although my boyfriend felt those happy hour prices were too high at 3.99$. I was amused by the bathroom door handles being made out of baseball bats.

Feel like being ignored the whole time by the waitstaff? Feel like having mud butt for 3 days? Then you should TOTALLY come here. This place has absolutely NO redeeming value in my book. I have eaten here 5 times and that was 10 times too many. Not ONE thing I had off their menu was anything to write home about, other than it destroying my world every single f'ing time after. And it wasn't just me, but friends I would go with here all ended up not feeling well either afterward. And I sure as sh*t know it aint me b/c I'm Asian and my stomach is built like a feckin vault at Fort Knox. I cook and eat things that make new born babies and old people cry for their binkies. But obviously this place knew the magic combination... Then on top of that, the waitstaff would rather play grab ass in the kitchen than actually do the job they are being paid for. Not ONCE did any member of their staff follow up with my tables any time I was here. Repeatedly having to ask for water, drink refills, missing parts of our meals and for the check just tested my patient. And they would never follow up and do any of it. I had to restrain myself from pulling a Costanza and yelling out "SERENITY NOW". But seriously though... wow... man... this place is just bad news bears yo.

Well... if you have soo much time and do not have to rush then go here... Because Service is SUPER SLOW and you will have to beg to your waitress to give you a bill. Even though you get your bill you have be really patient to have them check you out. Foods is ok... nothing surprising, but service is horrible. I asked one of manager that I am in a hurry and she told me one second~! and ran away.. I mean what is so hard pick up card from the table???? So when she came back she clearly teach me what is one second is.. HAHA... she said "One second is me one that way and come back~!! " she totally treat me like idiot that I don't even speak English~!! The manager told me "Oh MY GOD!!" when I was complaining.. I am Reporting them to BBB.... and I am going to try my best to no one goes to the restaurant. Get a life Boston Pizza~!!! Respect your customer..~!!

We stopped by here to test out the pizza in our quest to find the best pizza in the North end and found what can be best described as good pizza, but nothing special. Boston's serves a wide variety of menu items so it is no surprise that their pizza is missing that elusive quality that make s a truly great pizza. The style of pizza is what we I call All American. I moderately thin crust with a doughy outer ring. When we arrived they were somewhat busy but we got a nice booth almost immediately. The establishment was clean and a waitress appeared promptly and took our order and then the waiting began. I did not start a stopwatch but I would not be surprised if it was an hour before our pizzas arrived. The waitstaff too from this point on was seldom seen. When the pizza did come, the presentation was nice, they looked very appetizing, and the taste was also good. In all aspects the pizza was pretty well rounded, but nothing really stood out and made us go YUMM! I have no idea how there pizzas are made as the kitchen is hidden in the back of the restaurant so I won't bother to guess whether they are premade or not, but it would not surprise me. (the crust at least) So if your in Mill Creek and looking for a decent pizza, Boston's might fill the bill, especially if some in your party want other fare for dinner. I would not turn down a meal there if someone else was buying, but there are other pizza places I would rather go if that was the primary dinner choice and I had the means to drive elsewhere.

I honestly can't think of anything negative about this place. My first time to this place, and I got the Tropical Chicken Pizza (Chicken, bacon and pineapple on an alfredo sauce! YUM!!) I bounced back and forth over pizza or pulled pork sliders, I figured I might as well get the pizza since its in the name of the restaurant... very pleased with my selection, it was fan-freaking-tastic!! I think safe to say, better than C.P.K. and I must say decently priced. My hubby and I ate dinner for $25 (2 individual pizzas and 2 sodas) not bad! Will be back most definitely!

We were here a few days ago for lunch. Having just moved to the area, it was nice to have a restaurant within walking distance. Rainee was our server, and she was spectacular. It is not often that a server sticks out in my mind for positive reasons, but she was very friendly, helpful and fast. The food was really yummy as well. We had boneless wings in asian sauce for an appetizer, which were delicious although nothing out of the ordinary. I had the shrimp tortellini for lunch which was fairly run of the mill, but tasty nonetheless. My boyfriend had fish and chips which were cooked perfectly with deliciously seasoned fries. The mini desserts are a perfect end to the meal with just enough sweetness to satisfy. We will definitely be back here again!

I ordered a small Pizza, it was about 11 inches in diameter. It was loaded with toppings and had good flavor, however, with a 16 dollar price tag it was a bit disappointing. It was average pizza with a gourmet price.

I'm reviewing this as the bar, not the restaurant, as that's all I'd ever use it for. If I'm looking to eat out, the Mill Creek Town Centre has a lot of options better than Boston's. That being said, as a sports bar, it's great. Any place that shows me my game when I ask, keeps my beer full and provides above average service and food will get a good review. I've always had a good time when I go there and I've brought family members as well. It's a good experience. The only negative is that on NFL Sundays they can't show all the games and there's a lot of people who leave pissed off because they can't watch the game they want. You think after enough of that they'd just get some more DTV receivers and bam - problem solved. They haven't though, and can still only show a handful of games.

Pizza was good, but service was so-so. My husband ordered off the menu an the portions were very small for the price.

We've been ordering from Boston's for the past few months. We've really liked them until recently. A few weeks ago I called in a delivery order at 6:03 pm. At 7:20, still no food. It was a busy football night and I was trying to be understanding. The guy on the phone was the same one I'd ordered from. Without even asking my name, he quickly told me that three orders had just gone out and my food should be there in 10 minutes. I've now learned that they do not have the system that knows who you are by phone number. Lesson learned. At 7:40 pm, still no food. I called back a very nice girl apologized, telling me that my food had been entered as pick up and had been sitting under the heaters for over an hour. As sweet as she was, I still ended the conversation feeling like I had made the error. Not really a stellar moment for customer service. Long story, a little shorter, after another phone call to the manager, I got my food. Albeit, my husband had to drive down to pick up. They made us fresh food and we we're eating by 8:30 pm (see start time above). It would have been after 9:00 if I'd waited for delivery. If I was evaluating just this instance, I would have given them 1 star. They got three for having good food and a manager, that after three phone calls, made things right. I'll keep eating here and will consider changing my rating if things get better or worse.

The pizza was a lot better than Dominoes, but in comparison to other dine in pizza restaurants it wasn't the greatest. The "Chocolate Brownie Addiction" was very good, but the size was somewhat disappointing. As far as the service goes, it wasn't as bad as some of the other reviews make it out to be but it could still use a little improvement.

eh. That really sort of sums it all up. Looking for a place at the last minute to take the two small kiddos, had an entertainment book coupon and ended up here. It's a great place for kids since it's so noisy in there that no one will notice if your 3 year old flips out. And there is a separate bar for those who don't want to be bothered. Service is friendly, but slow and not very experienced. I think it's where many first time servers get their feet wet. I won't make any specific complaint, but just keep reminding yourself "oh, they are probably new". Food is food. It is a big kids menu that encompasses all the kid friendly items you'd want. Wish the side options included an actual green vegetable, but it is what it is. They are generously sized for a 4 year old. Adult food is food. There are better pizza joints, there are better rib joints, there are better salad joints and better pasta joints. But to have all those choices on the same menu is convenient if nobody can agree on where to go. Hubby had ribs. Meh, just okay. I had the Jambalaya Pasta that was actually pretty tasty and full of chicken, sausage and a fair number of plump shrimp. And it was a huge portion. I'd give that dish at least 3 stars. So I'll only end up there again if we're desperate, but I won't seek it out again. And I made some grubbin' REAL Jambalaya the next night.

My fiancée and I just moved back to Arizona after living in Washington state for the past four years. While we were there we came across Boston's in the Mill Creek Town Center. We came in during happy hour and were amazed at their cheap food & drink selection. You couldn't beat that huge $3.50 Margarita, or the cheap, yet delicious hot wings. They have a number of drinks and appetizers all for under $5. The service could be way better! Not to mention, A waitress lost my debit card here once. Anywho... if you like cheap but delicious appetizers & drinks than you should definitely come here for happy hour!

  • Jerry G.

The Happy Hour is Updated! Went there on Saturday when the SeaClowns game was on and they finally dumped the old H/H menu! Prices went up a little but they added: Bacon Wrapped Sirloin Skewers Chicken Sliders BaconBurger Sliders PulledPork Sliders Spinach Artichoke Dip Sweet Potato/Seasoned Fries Combo And probably one or two more items I missed.....still a great value. Four people had enough booze and food to be satisfied for under $50! (4-star rating is for the bar area)

i went there on a friday night and it was empty...both good and bad, right? there was plenty of seating in the restaurant (although none in the bar)..the happy hour prices are good and the food portions that come out are better.. my husband and i were HUNGRY, and we ordered 3 appetizers off happy hour, and we didn't finish it and were able to take some home.

Been curious about this place for awhile, so the Mr and I thought...what the heck, lets give it a go! Walked in on a Sunday evening, and sat out in their patio. A Raspberry Mango Mojito for me, and a Long Island Ice Tea for him. The drinks aren't too strong, so some of you might feel that it's not worth it's price. It took us a while to decide on what we wanted, since this was our first time here. We started with their SW Raviolis to start. They were pretty good and and not spicy at all. It had a bit of a kick, but wasn't kick yo booty hot. We both ordered individual pizzas. Zesty Italian for me, and a BBQ chicken pizza for him. My pizza was pretty good, and as it said Zesty. The banana peppers gave it a different flavor, the menu said roasted garlic, but I saw a tiny amount. The Mr's BBQ chicken pizza was pretty good. The sauce was tangy and sweet. We thought the crust was fine and not too chewy nor was it too crunchy. Refilling of water was slow, it took the Mr a few empty slurps to get their attention. We had their cheesecake wrap in the end & it was pretty delish. Too bad they are going to discontinue it soon from what our server told us. Overall service was very friendly and nice, minus not refilling water promptly, but it's forgivable.

I am a big fan of pizza. I thought the bartenders were great! Made sure I ordered my beverage and were very friendly. However, I ordered the Tuscan Pizza. The crust was light and buttery, the cheese and topping fell off the sauce and crust. So when you took a bite, the cheese topping would slide forward off the pizza. The cheese topping are suppose to stick! The crust should hold everything together. I didn't care for the crust. I thought the service was great at the bar, but the pizza...not so much.

I've been here numerous times on Tuesday nights for trivia. Their food is OK but pricey. I do wish they had a larger happy hour menu and that menu included salads or soups. Drinks are a lil weak. And service, is ALWAYS slow!

    (3)
  • Bert H.

Limited menu, mediocre food, and slow service. The staff always seems to mean well, being apologetic when orders get screwed up and very eager to make amends when things take forever to get to your table. But not enough to actually work to improve anything. My friends and I have yet to go in there and get our order without something being wrong. The food is remarkably Meh. As others have noted, the marinara sauce is really bland and is apparently used for all of their pasta dishes as well as the pizza. The only thing saving Boston's from being a 1 star review is that they have a decent happy hour and the appetizers are edible and put something in your stomach while you're drinking and watching a game on one of their plasma screens. If you're looking for a place to drink and watch the game - and really don't care about what you eat with it - then Boston's is for you!

I've enjoyed the food at Boston's and typically have a good experience there. Of course I don't ever try to get in on a busy evening... I'm not interested in 45-60 minute wait times. I generally agree with most reviews here. The kids menu is decent but NEVER get the "Decorate your own cookie.'

  • Rossana Y.

I've only gone here several times for the happy hour. I was lucky to never have had a bad experience with the service. There isn't much of a selection in terms of food but it is reasonably priced at around $4-5 (I swear the prices keep going up every time!). The food itself isn't much to write home about. The chips from the spinach artichoke dip tasted pretty bland and the dip itself was a little salty. The quesadillas didn't really have much flavor either. However I did like the crunchy fried green beans and the Southwest ravioli bites that came with some dipping sauces. I would say this place is good for big groups because you can get the Team Pitcher of beer (128 oz) for around $22 and some other deals on alcohol. Boston's isn't a bad place to hang out but I've had better happy hour food at other places.

I guess I shouldn't expect too much considering it's a pizza joint. I probably should have ordered pizza. But I ordered a cheese tortellini dish with shrimp and broccoli, and it was terrible. WAY too salty, the broccoli was overcooked and watery, the sauce was runny. There wasn't anything redeeming about it at all. My wife ordered some fish tacos, and they weren't any better. We also ordered one of their appetizers, the crunchy green beans, and they were just breaded, deep fried green beans. They breading was heavy, and you couldn't taste the green beans at all. They might as well have deep fried some sticks and served those. The bill ended up being close to $40, and we didn't even order drinks. Like I said, I probably should have just ordered a pizza. I may have been happy if I had done that.

I go to Boston's for happy hour and mostly sit in the bar area. Boston's food has been fairly consistent in quality. Although the staff is great and nice, they aren't consistent. The tables are most often wiped down clean, although, again, it can be a bit dodgy at times. I always enjoy their classic potato skins....and their bacon wrapped beef tips! The mood there is generally lively and upbeat with the 20-30 somethings filling the bar on Tuesday trivia night. I've had a few things off the main menu and it came out looking exactly like the picture in the menu. The flavor was pretty good too. It's what one would expect of a chain restaurant.

Plus - great outdoor seating when it's nice out. Minus(es) - the food wasn't good. and i love pizza. But not there. Isn't that pretty much why you go to a restaurant?

3 stars only because it is what it is.....a family friendly sports restaurant. While I would never visit unless I had the kids with me, it's great for the family and something for everyone on their menu. We ordered a side of broccoli to round out the meal. We have always received great service!

Wow, at the time of my writing this place has received some pretty harsh words! Boston's is hit and miss. They do have a nice bar and outside seating. I have sat in the restaurant and the bar and outside and I definitely recommend if you do not have kids do not sit in the restaurant. Also, the times I sat outside I felt a little bit forgotten, so I say opt for the bar if you are coming here sans kids. The bar is nice and has great tv coverage. My friend had a Passport Unlimited card (which I highly recommend) and at first the waitress told us it did not apply to what we were ordering, an appetizer and a pizza, but then in the end, the manager allowed us a nice discount. The nachos we had were good, but our pizza was a little charred at the edges which disappointed me. Our waitress was pleasant, but overall based on all the times I have been here, I think they are a tad slow compared to others. I like that they have a nice local beer selection. If I could, I would give them 3 1/2 stars - they are better than 3, but not quite 4.

Boston's looks appealing from the curb, and the restaurant itself actually looks decent. Any goodness ends there. We started our meal with an order of boneless buffalo wings. When asked how spicy we wanted them my wife indicated mild since we had children with us. This equated to no buffalo sauce at all. The wings themselves were disgusting. They would be better described as the worst imaginable popcorn chicken bites you'd find in an awful kids meal. They are little piles of deep fried breading with something that may have had a hint of chicken on the inside. What a waste of eight dollars. We ordered two pizzas--the Florentine and the deluxe. On the Florentine they brought the wrong size-an individual rather than a small. Fortunately, the waitress said they were baking a replacement at no charge. Both pizzas were pretty gross. Their sauce is awful. The only good thing about the pizza was the crust. I ended up scraping the toppings and cheese off and eating some of the crust. Like other reviews, the service was awful. It took about thirty minutes for the deep fried popcorn chicken (aka wings) to arrive. As we moved between courses used plates piled up at the end of the table and were not removed until the bill came. I will never return.

If you've ever seen the movie "Waiting", I swear Boston's is the restaurant in that movie. The place is always full, but is overflowing with noise and rowdy teenagers. It never looks clean - food all over the floor, straw wrappers litter the booths. \ The food is mediocre. We've been twice (it's convenient, OK?) and both times we've waited about 20 min. This food ain't worth waiting twenty minutes for. Not even five. But at least I don't have to cook it myself? But, with a place like this, you know what you're getting in for. However, I vastly prefer Red Robin if we're looking for this type of meal (sometimes, after a really tough week, a mindless stop at Red Robin is necessary.)

  • Peter L.

Meh. Not sure if this place deserves one-star, but I can see how it could definitely have service issues on a busy night. The bar fills up quickly, and we came here early Friday afternoon to watch March Madness. Our table ordered an appetizer platter, which was more than generous, and some pizzas. The pizzas themselves were very average, and reminds me of the pizzas one might find in Peoria, IL. The crust is fairly thin and is topped with plenty of cheese for a nice gooey meal. The beer selection is pretty decent, and they do have some larger sized pitchers like a 128 ouncer, which looked pretty impressive and was a good deal. Overall, not sure if I'd come back, as Azul has better food and atmosphere at the MCTC, but the place seems fine for basic beer and bar food, if it isn't too busy.

Went here on Saturday with my daughter. She ordered the mushroom pizza and I ordered the beef au jus. The wait staff were friendly and we went at an off time so we were seated immediately and served well. The pizza was good, the beef sandwich was okay. Add that with two iced teas and it's a bit more than I would've wanted to pay for this kind of meal. Still I would recommend it.

  • Diana N.

The staff are nice and quick but the food is a-ok. If you get really drunk and tipsy, then you won't actually mind or notice what you're eating. The burgers and pizza tastes like the stuff in your grocer's frozen aisles. It's a redeemable place for a crowd watching a sport's event of course, and the space outside with plentiful heat lamps is nice to chill during the warmer months, but the food, happy hour priced or not, is just not worth it! Save yourself!

Some things are best left in Canada. Boston's is one of those things. I am usually pretty willing to give a restaurant the benefit of the doubt and try it again if it sucked the first time. However, that was until I had an uninspired dinner at Boston's. Let's review the highlights of the one (and only) dinner I had there with my fam: Greek Salad: apparently in Canada, Greek Salad doesn't include any lettuce. Eh? A plate of thickly cut green peppers, red onions, tomatoes, and a couple of olives in an oregano-based red wine vinaigrette does not make a Greek Salad. Ever. Chicken Marsala with Pasta: I never knew a meal could be burnt to a carbon form and ice cold at the same time. Bravo, Boston's for defying the laws of physics with this disgustingly inedible concoction. Pizza: Barf on a plate. Unappetizing crust, repulsive tomato sauce, all served under a hefty layer of burnt mozzarella. Doesn't that sound delicious? Not only was the food gross, the service was pathetic at best. It wasn't even worth the time to explain to the clueless waiter that our food had some temperature issues. What a waste of time and money. So unworthy of a repeat visit.

Yeah not the bestest. Reminds me of a Shari's or something, in terms of food quality. I think the bar areas is where it's at, though I think it's supposed to be a family restaurant. Go to Red Robin for family food, you'll be better off.

If.you're not there for pizza I can see how it might not be the best restaurant in Mill Creek. But as far as pizza goes it is delicious. Their Ultimate Pepperoni is probably my favorite pizza and I drive from Redmond just for to have it. Today I also tried the Tropical Chicken pizza... Very good also. We love us some Boston's Pizza in our family.

We've been to this restaurant twice. This is such a great location for a quality bite to eat. The staff is young and upbeat and the atmosphere is active. The food seems to be a bit of an after-thought. There just isn't anything remarkable about the food here.

I had a very nice salad here chock full of goodies, the service was great, and the outside dining was fun, albeit you're just watching cars go by, no scenery. We took our 6-month old and he did fine. The other food looked pretty good, I shall go back and try.

Last Wednesday I met my friend Anne for lunch at Boston's in MC. We had the place to ourselves! There were literally 9 other people in there at 1pm, sometimes it's great to be out an about during the week! Our waitress with her pierced chin and multi-tonal hair, was quite dedicated to filling my coffee cup! Which is always a pleasing thing! The interior was VERY new, kind of like a combo of Red Robin and Denny's, but totally date worthy! And family friendly, as my G/F brought along her 6 month old daughter, Hannah! And Thankfully, Hannah was quite content with us chatting for 2 hours. About 1pm to 3pm. I ordered a fairly presentable Calzone and a dinner salad, with Blue cheese, it was about $8.95-ish. My comrade ordered a personal pizza, but not from the lunch menu, as the only thing that looked good on the lunch menu was a hamburgler, which I will try another time! I actually thought this was a very nice establishment, but I can see where they might have trouble's if there were a whole bunch of people were to converge at once! I guess it was just lucky timing.. Also the Mill Creek Town Center is quite a lovely setting, they are definitely attempting to emulate a Bellevue like mini-city though. After a good walk around the area for about 2 hours, I said good bye to my friend... And then what did I do? I went back to Boston's for their Happy Hour! The Hour of Happyness was 3pm to 6pm, I got there at 5:37pm, it time to order a Bud, drink it down and then order a CL, and chicken Quesadilla's! The happy hour is note worthy, and very sport's oriented! Oh the app's on the HH, are $3 and $4! The Quesadilla's were not terrible, but not great! Although much better than the ones next door at La Palmera! Another time for that! This might be a fun place for Families more then couples, as it's not very intimate. And the noise does seem to bounce around. The bathrooms were at least stocked with TP, BUT they were out of the seat cover's! Oh the humanity!

My friend and I were doing our usual 'drive around and pray a good restaurant has opened near here' loop. I refused bostons for good reason, I've eaten ther once before about a year ago and found hair in my food. She swore to me that it must have gotten better cause she went a few months ago and it was good.she's pushy and I gave in. So, I ordered the dip with salad and she ordered some other sammy with fries. My french dip had a large piece of paper sticking out of it. It had clearly been cooked with the meat. So disgusting. I'm a total dumb ass for going back. Her fries were still frozen! Needless to say I will never be back, and as for my "friend" she doesn't get to choose restaurants anymore!

Hey, they have good food. There are a few choices that need a bit more attention, like their chipotle sauce, it lacks the kick you're lookin for in a smoky spicy gem of a sauce like itself. However, their signature pizzas are great and their salads too. Also, it's nice that they have healthy choices that taste great like their diablo pasta dish. Try the bacon wrapped steak, it's oh so devilishly delicious. Good bar to watch sports games, outside seating, yummy drinks and specials. Minus one star for the lack of flavor in some of their dishes.

I love this place. I've only been to this one once. Most of the time we visit the one in Bellingham. I love the BBQ Chicken Pizza and the Pasta that has zillions of kinds of meat in it. We usually get the Appitizer Platter and the Full order of pasta and Share it. That leaves just enough left for both of us for lunch the following day. As for the service, it was ok the night we were here. It was a tuesday night around 5:30. I do know during the weekends and sporting events this place gets crazy do to the fact that they have a bar with TV's. I like this place.

Boston's tag line is "The Goumet Pizza Place," So I came expecting to be limited to pizza. However, they have a full menu of appetizers, salads, pizza, pasta and more. I was happy to have a wider variety of choices and thought I might be able to get something healthy to boot. I was wrong. On top of the lack of nutritious chocies, they also serve the adult food cool and the children's food so hot it will burn their mouths. I tried to order a salad, but it arrived drenched in dressing.. I asked my husband to have them replace it with the dressing on the side, but in the time it took me to take our two year old out to the car parked around the corner, gather some of her books into a bag, let her show me that voices really do echo underground, watch her do big jumps all the way back to the stairs and then assault - I mean, smell - the flowers on the way back to the restaurant, our waitress hadn't checked back at our table even once. Eventually, we ordered two pasta dishes and two children's meals. Of course, without silverware it was hard to eat anything. We had to remind our waitress of this problem (she was now busy replacing my salad) twice. My husband thought the food tasted "okay." I actually thought the ravioli had a nice flavor...too bad it was cold. The staff is very nice, but small things seem to stress them, and something is going on in that kitchen. We started theorizing...is the kitchen understaffed? Do they cook it too quickly and then allow it to sit, waiting for the perfect moment to bring it to your table? For my new salad, that moment was halfway thrugh the entree, with about half the original dressing, but not on the side as I'd requested. Despite the great location and proximity to our house, we won't be going back. Ever. One star for the breezy atmosphere and staff who are sweet despite their inability to remember much.

I have never written a review before but after having Bostons' pizza delivered last night, I felt compelled to warn others. When I called to order a pizza I was told that I was going to be transferred to "someone who could take my order," then the line was disconnected. I called back, sat on hold, finally placed my order then was put on hold while they calaculated my total, and then disconnected again. So I called back for a THIRD time to confirm. I ordered a large pizza, half cheese, half whatever their meat lover's is. Finally the pizza arrived, and what a let down! It was the smallest "large" we had ever seen and it tasted like cardboard. Oh, and it was $30!!!!! So we spent $36 (including tip for the delivery guy) and ended up throwing half of the pizza away. We are not pizza experts by any standard, but we know what tastest good. Bostons pizza does not taste good. At all. Their were 4 of us sharing the pizza, it was unanimous- never again.

You can count on long waits, poor service, and cold food. As neighbors we tried several times to patronize Boston's. We were routinely disappointed. I have noticed their business has greatly fallen off in the past months. No wonder!

As twice a week customers, I hate to do this as I really like the staff. However, in the five years the food has gone from great to good, at best. Additionally, they seriously screw up every other order (no exaggeration). I have talked to many of the servers that deliver to our place (we live right behind the restaurant) and they agree as the feedback is getting more negative. One day when I see the owner, I hope he is open to constructive criticism as a change is a must to keep our business. I would do less stars but this would be unfair to the friendly servers who can't control the food and deliver it with a smile.

I've been going to Boston's for happy hour since they opened in the area. The bar has a great ambiance, excellent selection of beers and a very dedicated staff. (They even remember what we usually order.) The happy hour menu has varied options which include traditional appetizers and healthy options. The main dinning hall is very spacious and has excellent service for big groups (8+). The pizza menu has many options and the quality is superb, and so is their mac n' cheese. You can't go wrong visiting this place, especially during trivia or game night! Feels like home.

The menu makes everything sound SO good. If you aren't sure what you are in the mood for - they probably have it - Pizza, hot wings, burgers, pasta, seafood, dessert, beer, full bar, salads, soup, broccoli, you name it. The food will not WOW you. But you'll be okay with it. They have outdoor seating - lots of TV's - and a good kids menu. On sunny days, sit outside...and people watch. It's my favorite pastime!

It's okay, some things are better than others. Sandwiches and burgers are pretty standard and the flat iron flat bread is pretty good. The nachos are unique in that each chip is individually loaded with toppings. I've liked most things I've had here and would opt for here over somewhere like Applebees. Steer clear of the pizzas. The tomato pizza sauce is bad and tastes exactly like something out of a school cafeteria can. The crust is also really bland. Pizzas are also oddly expensive. My wife's small Hawaiian pizza was more expensive than my fish tacos. They have a decent amount of beers on tap and they have good happy hour specials. It's a good place if you have a big group.

Better than expected based on the reviews. I wanted to try something new in the area and I ended up here on a Friday night. My friend and I chose to sit at the bar and had good service. Happy hour food menu is where its at...you can get a pretty good deal on apps or even some entrees. I liked the beer list. The food menu is super long. It's hard to choose what to get. I tried the fried mozzarella and it was decent. It wasn't amazing, but it was good enough. Overall this place is your average sports bar, but everything is pretty good, so I'd prefer going here over Applebees or another national chain.

I love this location compared to others. Bar and dining area is usually busy so I just go to the outside dining area to escape the crowd. Service is good. Food comes fairly quick. I really don't have anything negative to say and I have come here a few times.

Beer was flowing, pizzas were coming, it was a great time. I was able to get a table for 17 people on a Saturday night with only a 45 min. advanced notice. They were warm, friendly and affordable. Loved the food, can't wait to go back.

I should have followed previous reviewers' recommendations, such as "W.B." who commented that this Boston's is "not always consistent'. As someone who frequents the Smokey Point Boston's regularly (approx 2-3 times a month), I have my Boston's favorites and know exactly what to order. Last night we met friends at the Mill Creek Boston's and sadly found that our favorites were not prepared to our liking. I was actually quite surprised because Boston's has one of the most state-of-the-art kitchens around! Ingredients are weighed, cook time is calculated and everything should be consistent every time. I ordered the 'Twisted Mac & Cheese' (with bacon), and my husband had 'Mama Meata Bow Tie Pasta' (with extra sauce). Both these dishes are favorites at our local Boston's to the north. However, here they were dry and the pasta had a rubbery texture. Neither of us finished our meal, which is rare for me and extremely rare for my husband! We had to order desert to satisfy our hunger and appease our daughter. The Apple Crisp was good. I LOVE Boston's, and the service was stellar - next time we'll just ask our friends to meet us at the Smokey Point location instead, where the food is consistently delicious!

My husband and I came to bostons for a late night snack (jk it was a full on meal) at 10:30pm. There were several groups in the bar area but none in the restaurant. We sat in the restaurant and the waiter was soo friendly and nice! It was happy hour so we ordered cactus cuts as an appetizer and they were very good! Its basically a loaded baked potato in chip form. For main dish, my husband ordered pulled pork sammy and i ordered lasagna. We were both satisfied!

Update: After a several-year hiatus, my husband and I were forced to go here one night when they were literally the last place open in Town Center. Fine, I'll admit it, I was pleasantly surprised. I think Aaron C. nailed it, though. Your best bet is to go for appys and drinks. That seems to be what Boston's does best. Our sandwiches were pretty average but good, but the appetizers were surprisingly quite tasty. Will have to try again just to see if they've really upped their game.

Food quality is decent.... Prices are overpriced for food quality . It is similar to red robin. Staff normally is friendly but I did get into an argument with manager over a phone order about what sizes of sides they offer. She had an heavy accent and was frustrated because of her language barrier .

Food is ok. Pizza was way to dry for me. Needed more tomato sauce. Creamy buffalo came out warm, and the cactus potatoes were warm as well.... Waiter was never around when we needed him. My root beer came out flat, I've asked for another one from my waiter and he said he would come back and fix it, but when my food arrive I still didn't get it. Had to ask for another one from a different waiter and he came back with another flat root beer. I gave up and just dealt with it, half way done eating my original waiter came back and gave me a good root beer... This time I had 3 root beers on my table.

STRIKE THREE! We have been eating at Boston's since hey opened in Mill Creek. Last year, we had a poor experience when the delivery order did not include the chicken for our Southwest Chicken salad. They brought it to us 30 minutes later. The second strike came a few months later when our delivery order included multiple black hair strands in our nachos. After I posted a negative review on Yelp, the manager bribed me to remove the review with a gift card and stated that I could update my review if I had another poor experience. Strike three was today. The chicken was missing from our Southwest Chicken salad, when I picked up our takeout. The food and service were good here until about a year ago and now it is terrible. DO NOT EAT HERE. UNSANITARY CONDITIONS AND INCOMPETENT STAFF. To the manager, don't bother trying to bribe me again. You've failed repeatedly and should invest your time in hiring and training as opposed to responding to negative yelp reviews.

We've been going to this location since they opened in Mill Creek. Overall, the food is pretty good and consistent. Today my husband, son and I went in for a quick bite. They were about 3 tables occupied outside and 3 tables inside. We were seated right away but had at least 7-8 employees walk by our table without even acknowledging us. No "just a minute", no "someone will be right with you". There were at least 5 employees in the bar (including the bartender) just standing around talking to each other. One employee was washing the windows on the front doors. We were not offered water or drinks. We got irritated and left. The girl washing the windows at least said Thank you & Goodbye. Not sure if we will go back. There are other restaurants nearby who want our business.

As I am writing this, I have been waiting 15 min for a check since I asked for one. Opening Day for the Mariners so you think it would be slammed but it's not as bad as imagined. I anticipated a long wait with it being a big sports day and all but I look at the other people to my left and right at the bar. They are all sitting with empty glasses and plates. Either the place is understaffed or they have someone who doesn't know how to time management in the bar area. Either way, no check yet. The food was good, the beer is good. I have been here before and absolutely loved this place and I'm sure I will be back.... Just not on a lunch shift on a Monday, at the bar.

Just walked out of the bar after sitting there for 10 minutes and not being acknowledged. Two women walked right past us without saying a word. There were about 5 people total in the bar. Their food and drinks are not good enough to put up with such atrocious service. We are going to spend our money elsewhere.

I'm writing this review as we are waiting for our dessert to come... Petite treat free with Yelp check in :D Our (me, boyfriend, and puppy) experience for dinner here was excellent. We had our puppy Koda sitting outside the fence because no dogs are allowed on restaurant property but the waiter brought him a tray of water. So nice! All the food we got was really good and the portions were pretty big! We didn't finish any dish completely and took a box home. My boyfriend had the florentine pizza which he really liked. I had the twisted Mac and cheese with sausage which also hit the spot! We also ordered the nachos with spicy chicken and we really liked how the toppings were portioned so well on each nacho! Oh dessert just came by! We ordered the chocolate brownie petite treat. CHOCOLATE AMAZINGNESS! It definitely satisfied my sweet tooth! And since the portion is small I don't feel guilty at all! Service here was great. Our waiter Wes did a great job with his attentiveness, timing refills, orders, and the check really well. He also did a great job with recommendations. Overall we had a nice dinner (our last one as Mill Creek residents) so I'm super happy we decided to celebrate at Boston's! Thanks Wes and Boston's at Mill Creek!

I had a lovely dining experience at Boston's today. I ordered my favorite Flat Iron Steak Flatbread again and, even though I am a creature of habit, I have to admit that this dish is near perfection...crispy, cheesy, mushroomy, oniony, steaky. Our waiter, Wesley, was courteous, attentive, followed up on our order with the chef, and was just a lot of fun to be around. What a nice guy. Boston's really fills the bill for all diners: family-friendly, sports-fanatical, and has a varied menu that appeals to all ages and tastes. But, if you go, and you must, try the Flat Iron Flatbread...trust HeeBee.

Great sports bar (lounge has a ton of TV's). Great selection of micro-brews on draft. I ordered a Manny's and my wife ordered a Mac & Jack for $5 each. We shared a Double Decker Club sandwich for $9.99. The sandwich came with fries. We also added a house salad for $2.69. The salad was a nice portion of garden blend lettuce topped with tomatoes, cucumber, red onions and croutons. Our waiter was super nice and friendly. The kitchen automatically split our sandwich and salad for us for no additional charge.

Do not eat here if you are gluten free. Website says there are gluten free items and I say if the cook has a brain many items can be made gf. For example a burger with no bun and a salad with no croutons if the cook pays attention and doesn't dust the food with breadcrumbs. My salad was ordered without croutons and when it came it was covered in tomatoes, I mean heavily! Look a little closer and there are crouton crumbs under the tomatoes so they had made the salad with the croutons and then scraped them off then covered them with tomatoes. Yes they replaced it but by now do I trust you? NOPE!!!! Ate a plain burger without a bun, should have been alright but after eating noticed crumbs one the opposite edge of the plate. Wish I had listened to my instincts and not eaten here because I had a reaction within a half hour. Not worth the risk.
